Join us for one our owners and guests weekly favorite activity. Enjoy a complementary drink from our friends at Liberty Coach. Each week our cart starts at the clubhouse and makes a full loop through the resort. Each week we alternate routes. Be sure to be ready curbside or you may miss us.

Join us at the clubhouse for our most liked event. Sips and Sounds from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. Enjoy wine, beer, signature cocktail, and chef inspired menu. Please register 48 hours in advance when able. This allows our team to prepare plenty of delicious treats for all.

You may also visit our Welcome Center to register or call our Hospitality Team at (828) 579-4678 between 9 AM and 7 PM daily to sign up via phone!

Effective 4/25/25 Each lot will come with (2) complimentary tickets to Sips and Sounds and other sponsored events at Mountain Falls. If you have guests, you will be required to accompany them. These guests will be subjected to a $15.00 per person charge to attend. Please register your guests and pay for them below within 48 hours of each event when able. Kids 12 and under will remain free of charge.

Join us poolside for our bi-weekly Picnic and Pickle. Grab lunch from the grill before after playing a few games of pickleball. Don’t play pickleball? No worries join us for lunch anyways.

Price – $6.00 per person

Please register for this event on Monday by noon prior to the event. This will allow for our team to prepare for all.

Join us bi-weekly on Thursdays for our lively Open House Block Parties! Each event kicks off at the starting point of that day’s Liberty Coach Cocktail Cart and features a festive lineup including:

• Games, music, food, and drinks

• And plenty more surprises!

It’s the perfect way to experience The Valley’s charm, connect with the community, and tour beautiful properties in a fun, relaxed setting.
