Gorges State Park Jeep Tour
Tuesday, July 2nd
10am – 3pm
Join Mountain Falls Residents and offroad addicts, Al Wilson and Ricky Rubin, for a guided 4×4 rumble through Gorges State Park. You’ll cross the Horse Pasture River and venture into the Mustard Grounds for a day in the great outdoors that’s right in our backyard!
The group will leave from the Mountain Falls Clubhouse at 10:00 am sharp. Pack a picnic lunch to enjoy on the bridge overlooking the Horse Pasture River, as well as plenty of water as we’ll be out there for about 4-5 hours. If you need to fuel up, we’ll stop at the Sapphire Country Store before heading down HWY 281 to Gorges State Park.
Register by calling the Mountain Falls Welcome Center at 828-579-4678. If you have any questions, you may contact Kayla Shaughnessy at 828-553-1364. This event is open to the first 12 jeeps to register. All other registrants will be put on a waiting list.
(Must drive a 4×4 vehicle with ample ground clearance)
Make it back to the clubhouse just in time to enjoy Marathon Two Scoops Tuesday.
