French Broad River Adventures
During the summer, Headwaters Outfitters offers exclusive trips for the guests and owners of Mountain Falls Resort. On select dates you can reserve your paddling and/or tubing trip and our staff will be pick you up from Mountain Falls and shuttle you back after your trip.
Our 3 hour Self-Guided Paddling trips offers your group a chance to explore the first 8 miles of the Upper French Broad. A historic and beautiful Class 1 beginner friendly paddle in canoes, single kayaks or tandem kayaks.
Our Tubing Trip – is the coolest mountain style tubing adventure and a great way to cool off on the summer months. Great for ages 4 and up!
Please keep in mind our tubing and paddling trips are exclusive and cannot be combined.
Please keep in mind that you must register by Friday, July 6th. Must have a minimum of 10 registrants for Headwaters to send a shuttle to the resort.
